Our lovely Italian instructor Mao has provided us with a great HOTSPOT this week! Puglia, Italy’s heel, is close to Rome, where Mao is from and is somewhere that he very much enjoys visiting. He likens the beaches to those of the Caribbean – get us there now!

Pregnancy, birth and motherhood tend to raise a lot of questions and worries with soon-to-be and new-mums.
