Find it really useful to have the classes on demand and enjoyed both intermediate pilates sets. Would be good if a couple more of these can be added to give less repetition when doing weekly.

Have tried both super low impact and intermediate Pilates and enjoyed both very much. I would recommend both classes without hesitation.

I’ve subscribed to Instructor Live for a year now, and I really enjoy their Pilates classes, especially those by Sam Webster. They have really helped me to address muscle weaknesses and posture problems that I've had for decades. It's great to have this platform! (I’m sure the classes by the other instructors are great too, I’ve just only been doing those by Sam.)

Super Low Impact is an amazing new workout. It's challenging, in a good way. I really like the use of weights to make it more intense and add interest. I also like the way it's designed to be done all standing There's no constant getting up and down to the floor, which is quite wearing as we get older. I'm approaching 70, pretty fit (thanks to Instructor Live) and with an old ankle injury which makes low impact ideal for me. Please keep giving us these excellent workouts. I really enjoy and appreciate them.

Suffering lower back pain I looked on Youtube for a Pilates class that addressed this. I found one by Sam Webster and used it regularly finding it very helpful. She referred to further classes online that you subscribe to. I purchased these and after initial difficulty managed to have them on my laptop and from there screened on my tv. I am currently doing the first three sessions online daily and these are helping strengthen my body. One or two of the exercises I miss out as they cause me pain in my hips. I hope to get through all the sessions over time as my body gets stronger.

I have completed an excellent pilates course with Insteuctor Live, targetting my bad back. I have to say that doing the exercises regularly made a massive difference to me and my back following surgery. The instructuons are always clear with options if an exercise was challenging.
I really can't recommend this targeted course highly enough and neither can my back which always reminds me if I slack a little with my workout.

I have been a subscriber for quite some time and love Instructor Live. I started using it because it was recommended via the NHS website when I was looking for information re lower back issues. There is something for everyone so no excuse not to do exercise in the comfort and privacy of your own home. An absolute blessing during lock down. You can dip in and out when convenient for you. I would highly recommend and I do to all my friends.

Great range of classes, very well filmed and clear instruction about the moves and correct body postures. I tend to do the HITT type programs - the 20 min HITT series a really good one to dip repeatedly into, Combat the fat, and had fun with aerobics trying to follow the co-ordination . Aerobic HITT with Leigh very hard for me a 48 yr old, haven't ventured past class 3 on that one. There are loads of other types of classes body conditioning, pilates, yoga, back health, shoulder impingement - which I think I could benefit spending time on...Its been fantastic value and i've used it regularly all year several times a week. Look forward to continuing my membership though hopefully with new classes added to menu to enjoy, work hard and stay fit.
