I now live in Australia (rather than the UK) and have found it hard to find a gym that does a mixture of classes, if any. Instructor Live has so many exercises to choose from whether you are a beginner or more advanced. I do the 10 minute tone when I'm busy, weights for strength and aerobics for burning off yesterday's cake! I always feel better for doing a class and can do it whenever I want! Didn’t realise how easy Austin made the journey for me, I had difficulty knowing what my body needed to gain muscle. I’m a 70 year old male, trying to keep healthy enough not to need medical care and I’ve been been using Austin’s 20 minutes seniors regularly to build up my strength and flexibility. I’ve now also incorporated his 30 minute low impact workouts into my weekly routine as I find his pace and methods show real understanding of my needs.
