It’s summertime, the shorts are on, and cellulite is back on our minds and in our mirrors. Apparently, those little dimples on our bums and legs aren’t quite as cute as the ones on our cheeks (face cheeks, that is..!). With the release of the hotly anticipated Superman film ‘Man of Steel’ we thought it would be an appropriate time to show a great ‘Superman’ exercise. To get more into the Superman spirit, you could do it while watching the film (maybe not in the cinema). While we can’t promise Henry Cavill’s washboard abs after doing this exercise once, this easy move will certainly help you to engage your core at the same time as toning and strengthening your body. We love a good fitness trend in the InstructorLive office and when we heard about this one we had to tell you all about it. This class takes spinning to a new level, an underwater level. Aqua spinning was made popular in France and now recently has become a trendy workout in the USA.
