  • 150g Greek yoghurt (plain or flavoured)
  • 100g fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 15g honey or maple syrup (for drizzling)
  • 30g granola
  • 15g nuts (almonds, walnuts) for topping (optional)

Method:

For a delightful treat that’s both wholesome and satisfying, try the Greek yoghurt Parfait. Creamy Greek yoghurt forms the base, providing a rich source of protein and probiotics. Layer in a medley of fresh mixed berries—strawberries, blueberries, raspberries—for bursts of natural sweetness.

A drizzle of honey or maple syrup adds a touch of indulgence. Topped with crunchy granola and optional nuts for an extra crunch, this parfait is a balanced and delectable choice for breakfast or a wholesome snack.

 

In serving a glass or bowl, layer Greek yoghurt, mixed berries, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.

Sprinkle granola over the yoghurt and berries.

Add a handful of nuts on top for extra crunch and flavour, if desired.
