Ingredients
- 500g Greek yogurt
- 2-3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to your preferred level of sweetness)
- 5ml (1 teaspoon) vanilla extract
- Fresh berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 sliced bananas
- Chopped nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts) – optional
Method:
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth and sweetened to your liking.
- Line a baking sheet or tray with baking paper.
- Pour the Greek yogurt mixture onto the baking paper and spread it evenly to your desired thickness (usually about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick). You can create a rectangular or square shape.
- Top the Greek yogurt with fresh berries, sliced bananas, and chopped nuts, distributing them evenly across the surface.
- Carefully place the baking sheet or tray in the freezer.
- Freeze for at least 2-3 hours or until the yogurt bark is completely firm.
- Once frozen, remove the Greek yogurt bark from the freezer.
- Using a knife, break it into pieces of your desired size.
- Serve!
