- 2 x 400g Cans of Chickpeas (in water)
- 1 Tsp Extra Virgin Oil
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Tsp of Dried Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp of Chilli Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
- A Pinch of Paprika

Chickpeas are packed full of nutrients. They are a good source of fibre and protein and as they are so inexpensive, it’s worth making them a healthy addition to your diet.
Method
Preheat oven to 200°C (180°fan) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Drain and rinse the chickpeas in a colander. Rub dry on paper towels, removing skins from chickpeas.
In a medium-sized bowl, stir chickpeas and remaining ingredients until well blended.
Place chickpeas on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
Let cool and then bake for an additional 10-20 minutes.
