- 2 Ripe Bananas (Frozen)
- 2 Scoops Whey Vanilla Protein
- 2 Tablespoons of Fat free Yogurt ( Dairy Free for Vegan)
- 25ml Milk (any of your choice)

Method
Make sure the bananas are ripe, they should be sweet and soft.
Peel the banana and chop into even-sized pieces. Place in a freezer-safe glass bowl or freezer bag. Freeze until solid, at least 2 hours.
Put the frozen banana pieces into a small food processor or high-speed blender. Pulse to break up.
Keep pulsing. At first, the banana pieces will look crumbled or smashed. Scrape down the food processor and switch to blend.
Add the yogurt, protein powder, milk, and blend until just smooth, but don’t over blend.
Serve and enjoy straight away!
Add other fruits like blueberries, strawberries or kiwi to create your own unique flavours.
