- 1 Large Pear
- 1/2 cup Almond milk
- 1 Banana
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 scoop Vanilla protein (optional)
- Mint garnish
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper and roast pears for 20 minutes.
Turn pear halves over and roast for an additional 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let them cool down.
Please note that pears will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Combine pear, Banana, almond milk, chia seeds and cinnamon and scoop of vanilla protein in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice and blend again until smooth.
Pour into 2 tall glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon and garnish with mint.
