A great cooling treat, but also contributes to your hydration needs too!
Watermelon is around 90% water which means its a great way to increase your intake but its also a source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Potassium and more! Coconut water is also a great source of electrolytes like calcium, magnesium and potassium.
- Add coconut water and watermelon to a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Pour into an ice lolly mould and freeze until set, this is usually around 5-6 hours.
You can add blueberries to the mould for some extra fruit content if you choose!
Once you’ve got the home-made ice lolly bug, you’ll be amazed at the creations you make!
