Designed specifically for adults over 50, Foundation 2 builds on the progress made in Foundation 1, helping you continue developing strength, mobility, balance, and confidence through simple, effective bodyweight exercises.

With five low-impact 25-minute workouts each week, you’ll introduce new movement patterns, improve stability and coordination, and continue building the functional strength that supports everyday life.
