Strength Beyond 50: Foundation 2 builds on the progress made in Foundation 1, helping you develop greater strength, balance, mobility, and confidence through simple, effective bodyweight exercises.
Designed specifically for adults over 50, this programme includes five 20-minute workouts that can be repeated each week for eight weeks. You’ll continue to improve functional strength for everyday life while introducing new movement patterns and slightly greater challenges to help you keep progressing safely.
