Simple Fuel Ideas You Can Use This Week:

  • Pre-workout (60–90 mins): Oats + yogurt + berries • Banana + peanut butter • Rice cake + cottage cheese

  • Post-workout (within 60 mins): Chicken, sweet potato, greens • Tofu stir-fry + rice • Protein smoothie + fruit

  • Hydration: Water little and often; add electrolytes for longer, sweatier sessions

Final Thought

Great training starts before your first rep. Keep it simple: a small carb + protein snack before you move, protein + carbs after, and steady hydration throughout the day. Consistency beats perfection—fuel well, train smart, recover better.
