Pilates For Menopause (£4.99 p/m)

Designed specifically for those going through menopause, this six-class Pilates programme focuses on supporting your body through this transition with gentle, effective movement. Each session begins with a guided warm-up to prepare your body, followed by a class tailored to help alleviate common menopausal symptoms such as stiffness, joint pain, fatigue, and stress.

Through controlled, low-impact movements, you’ll work on improving mobility, core strength, flexibility, and balance, while also promoting relaxation and overall well-being. Led by experienced instructor Katy Ahrens, these sessions are designed to be accessible for all levels, whether you’re new to Pilates or have previous experience.
