As a qualified Stott Pilates Instructor since 2010, I have been working with clients for over 10 years. I am fully certified in Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels, and I help clients to be pain-free and to reach fitness goals. I am also trained in pre- and postnatal matwork and breast cancer rehab. My classes are relaxed yet energising, and I create a fun environment to achieve your fitness goals.
