We also have strength and resistance training programmes that can help improve bone density, joint strength and stability. Putting your bones and muscles under gentle stress allows more bone cell production, creating stronger, more dense bones and thus joints. 

Our Yoga workouts are ideal for increasing circulation and posture – especially if you find yourself sedentary for long periods. The slower-paced movement of Yoga is a perfect way to strengthen the muscles while working on flexibility and mobility.
