You’ve already laid the foundations by building strength, improving your balance and increasing your confidence in movement. Now it’s time to complete the Foundation phase and celebrate just how far you’ve come.

Strength Beyond 50: Foundation 3 is the final programme in our Foundation series, designed to help you consolidate everything you’ve learned while continuing to build the strength, mobility and stability that support everyday life.

Across five 25-minute workouts each week, you’ll continue developing functional strength, balance, coordination and flexibility using simple, easy-to-follow exercises that require no equipment. Building on the skills you’ve developed in Foundations 1 and 2, this programme introduces gentle progressions and new movement patterns, while always remaining low impact and accessible.

As always, every exercise includes options and modifications, allowing you to work at your own pace and exercise confidently, regardless of your current fitness level.

By completing Foundation 3, you’ll have developed a solid fitness base that prepares you for the Intermediate programmes, should you choose to continue your Strength Beyond 50 journey.

Whether your goal is to stay independent, improve your posture, increase your energy levels or simply feel stronger for everyday life, Foundation 3 is another important step towards becoming stronger for life.
