The second instalment in Ashley Rumble’s Functional Fitness series builds directly on the first programme — but this time with added resistance. Using dumbbells and bands, Ashley takes you through the same tried-and-tested routines from Series 1, now upgraded to challenge your strength, stability, and endurance at an intermediate to advanced level.
With 6 classes, each 15–25 minutes, this series is perfect if you enjoyed the foundation programme and are ready to push further, lift heavier, and see greater results. Expect functional circuits, compound movements, and progressive overload designed to improve the way you move, perform, and feel every day.

Ashley uses 5 kg dumbbells and an exercise band. Use a weight that you feel comfortable using for high reps – Over 10 reps per set. Feel free to use heavier or lighter depending on your goal and level.
