Grammy nominated artist Kimberly Wyatt has sold 15 million albums and 40 million singles sales worldwide. She has reached pop success all over the world touring with one of the biggest selling girl groups of all time Pussycat Dolls.

Kimberly began dancing at the age of seven. At 14, the talented teen earned scholarships to the world-renowned Joffrey Ballet and Broadway Dance Center, both based in New York. Then, in 2001, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in dancing, and it paid off. 2003 saw Kimberly bust her moves in the Black Eyed Peas video Shut Up, and she was soon spotted by Robin Antin, the founder of the Pussycat Dolls. The rest, as they say, is history…
Kimberly is passionate about keeping fit and has fast become a fitness inspiration for many. In 2014 she has appeared on an incredible 9 fitness magazine covers and is currently a columnist for Women’s Health magazine.

Mum On A Mission: 24/7

Hi, my name is Kimberly Wyatt – Thank you for joining me with our first #mumonamission workout programme.
As a working mum, I know time is precious, I know sleep and ‘me’ time is limited. I also know that confidence may not be what it once was and certainly body shape is very different.
As a mum on a mission, I want to be the best I can be for my baby, my family and in my work and so exercise is key for me to make this happen.
This programme is called 24-7, it’s the workout that I designed with my trainer Glenn Ball after I had a baby last year to target the areas that I have struggled with: to get strong abs, lean arms, a firm butt and great legs!
So whether you had a baby 20 years ago or last year, join me as I know exactly what to do to get the results you have always wanted!
I use this workout every day as it’s just 24 minutes but the key is to do it every day as that’s when you will see results and things start to change.
The workout is based on dance – but don’t worry- you don’t need to be coordinated in any way to take part as we use a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) method to get the best results and burn fat fast!
There are 7 main moves in each workout, we repeat these at a high intensity with periods of active recovery. Its tough – but it works, I promise! And I’m with you every step of the way to get you through it. Workout with me every day to see your body change, to look great and feel amazing.

Before we start, please notify your doctor or healthcare professional to ensure this workout is right for you. Our trainer Glenn will always give alternative exercises to suit your fitness levels but remember to always go at your own pace and breathe!
There is no equipment required for this , just find a space, put your trainers on and have plenty of water next to you.
