I first got into training when I was working as a beach lifeguard and boxing at an amateur gym in Cornwall. Subsequently, I have trained as a personal trainer working freelance and for other companies and gyms.
During my time as a personal trainer, I have encountered many styles of training one being CrossFit which is my biggest influence along with fight style conditioning.

I’m keenly into outdoor sports (surfing snowboarding) which I find my training helps as it has an emphasis on power strength endurance and balance. Last year I completed a 10k swim and this year am doing a 24hour hay bale push for the same charity and trying to beat the world record. My personal goals are to develop my fitness to its optimum and to tow surf (yes I do know I live in London!)
