I left a long career in Business, PR, Marketing and Events to pursue a life in health and wellbeing after an enlightened moment one morning when I asked myself “Is it worth it?”.I am now a Yoga and Pilates instructor, teaching privately all around London and abroad, alongside training to be an Osteopath. I have a wide range of clients, which include celebrities.

My gymnastics background and osteopathic knowledge have helped me develop a unique perspective on holistic body training, promoting weight loss, and general well-being in mind and body, in my teachings over the last 10 years.

I understand the mental and physical challenges of working life and having had a child myself, also understand the mental and physical battles women face. Having made my own life journey, I am now passionate about helping people that want to do the same by combating stress, improving health and quality of life.
