My 11 year progression into Pilates teaching started with five committed years in kung fu training. After tearing ligaments in my knee during a sparring session, I came across the beautiful practice of Pilates which helped me restore my body to its original peak condition.

Since then I have used Pilates as the foundation for other activities that I enjoy doing such as longboarding, slacklining, rock climbing and dancing. My previous career as a 5-star chef, has helped me integrate nutrition as part my Pilates practice today. I consider myself very lucky to be able to live a life where food and stretching are the order of the day, every day.
