Kage has been a professional dancer singer and actor for 20 years working on stage, TV and film and has been extremely fortunate enough to have travelled to and around the UK, Europe, East Asia, Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific islands whilst performing.
He always believed in fitness outside of performing as a way to keep the body healthy and conditioned and to keep up the fitness level up but that became a love as well as a necessity. So much so that he is now a 200 hour certified yoga teacher and Level 2 fitness instructor teaching high and low intensity cardio class and barre.
Kage believes in not only feeling good physically but also mentally and emotionally so his classes are always upbeat and fun as well as challenging and making you sweat.
